Majlis Ta'lim Al Mi'raj berdiri pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2007. Pendiri Majlis ini adalah Al Habib Muhammad Bin Salim Al Atthos. Majelis Al Mi'raj bertempat di Jl. Petamburan IV, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat.
